MACK DAWG'S "DOWN WITH PEOPLE" TEASER IS ONLINE NOW!

So you've seen the teaser for Double Decade earlier this week on The Source's blog and now it's time for Mack Dawg's "People" side project to unveil their new teaser. I like how they used NWA's "Straight Out Of Compton" for their teaser, but i find it funny that they remixed it so that when the riders names come up it says "Nigg@z with attitude". Like aren't these guys all a bunch of suburban white kids? How "street" is that? Where's Stevie Bell? Chris Rock would have a field day with this. Heck, I'm having a field day with this and I'm just another stupid suburban white kid. I just don't get it.

Anyways, enough about that. This will no doubt be one of the most anticipated movies of the year, cause the People crew is back with some banger new additions (namely Simon Chamberlain and Joe Sexton)joining an already killer crew. See below for teaser, parental discretion is advised for lyrical content (aka, lots o F-bombs!).

SHREDDER ORPHEUS EMERGES FROM THE VAULT!

For those of you not familiar with a little piece of celluloid skateboard history called "Shredder Orpheus," here's a brief synopsis:

The movie stars Orpheus, a ripping guitarist and punk-ass skateboarder who fronts his band, aptly coined "The Shredders". The issue with being as ripping as Mr. Orpheus is the fact that your girlfriend has a pretty good chance of getting kidnapped and taken to hell and that leaves you stuck going to get her. So that's just what my main man Orpheus does.

Unfortunately, Orpheus perishes but his former skate gang recover his skull and figure it's a good idea to take it to deadly late-night skate sessions; they also bring some weird guy in a leather helmet. Behold the stunning conclusion to SHREDDER ORPHEUS!

DC NATIONALS 2008 ALBERTA REGIONAL QUALIFIER JULY 5

Now in its 6th year, the DC National Championship, the only nationwide skateboarding contest in Canada, has upped the ante with a $20K cash purse and a new qualifying format. By removing the local qualifiers, ALL SKATEBOARDERS can compete to win a spot at the National Championship in Montreal.

The Alberta Regional Qualifier will be held July 5 at the Cochrane Skate Park.

TJ SCHNEIDER'S "SNOWBOARD REALMS" CONCLUDE WITH EPISODE 30 SUPERPARK EDITION!

Well kids as TJ's season draws to a close, so does his series of podcasts on his youtube channel, The Snowboard Realms. A huge thanks to TJ for all of the entertaining and insightful content over the season, and be sure to browse his channel for highlights of the other 29 episodes.

Episode 30 features some pant-crapping footy from Superpark 12 and concludes with a solid Andrew Hardingham monologue and Mike Sudermann thoroughly embarrassing himself for all of the snowboard community to see (haha, nice one). Included in the montage are Source riders Jed Anderson, Mike Sudermann and Nash Lajuenesse.
