Prices are sitting low at only $38 bucks for adults, seniors and youths $26.40, and children for $12.50.

Premiere season is in full swing! Come down to The Source's only 18+ event of the season! This time we've collaborated with our friends at Transworld Snowboarding to present an event of epic proportions!
Things start off with the all new crew from Videograss, with a movie that's been hailed as the rawest project snowboarding has seen since Love/Hate. The train keeps chugging as Transworld's new shred-epic "Get Real" hits the screen. Featuring some of today's best filming/editing and of course riding, "Get Real" is being hailed as one of the year's most legit movies.
As with all of The Source's premieres, this one's a fundraiser for The Source Terrain Park at COP. All of our sponsors have had a temporary lapse in judgement and donated a ridiculous amount of prizing for this event. Make sure you get in on the festivities and support a great cause.
After the screen goes up, it's Hi-Fi's Flashlight Friday, so you can get out there and party like a bunch of un-manned fire-hoses!

The Source is pleased to announce a new addition to the winter team with Jake Kuzyk. Based in Whistler for most of the season, Jake rips it all. Be sure to check out Jake's new part in Sandbox's 2009 release, "Shine On" which is looking pretty banger thus far!
Jake's fellow Source team riders also include: Devun Walsh, TJ Schneider, Jed Anderson, Kale Stephens, Raewyn Reid, Mark McMorris, Todd Williamson, Donn Hore, Mercedes Nicoll and more.

For all those Koston fans out there that were battling it out as to his new shoe sponsor...Eric Koston is officially on Nike SB. You can see it on the Nike SB site, or on The Berrics. Probably a pretty descent paycheck and seems like a good match now with Michael Leon art directing SB. Should make for some spicy new signature kicks.
Eric had this to say:
"Not only am I psyched to be a part of the great group of guys that makes up the Nike SB team, but I'm equally as excited to work with them creatively. I'm sure many people know that a lot of different Nike's have been the inspiration for my shoe designs over the last 12 years, so I feel like a f@#%ng kid in a candy store when it comes to this partnership between Nike and I."
Check out this quick new short of the Source's Devin Morrison. Shot and cut by The Source Shawnessy's Brock Mitchell. For more of Brock's hits, make sure you hit up his youtube channel.

"You often hear people talking about the exotic locations that skateboarding has led them to. Far less talk is devoted to the scummy alleys and abandoned buildings that are explored in the hopes of finding something interesting to skate. Well, check out this exotic little spot in Northeast Calgary that Brock Mitchell brought us to with the hopes of getting some footage for The Source skateboard video..."
