Sunday December 2nd, 2007 - LAKE LOUISE, ALBERTA.
Amidst -20 temperatures, Source riders Dwayne Weibe and Raewyn Reid ended up atop of the podium at the Heavy Metal Rail Jam at Lake Louise today. The course was long and well built featuring 7 possible features including flat bars and boxes, flat-down boxes and even a gutted out old-school gondola car perched atop a volcano. On the men's side, Dwayne Weibe led the heated finals to victory with ridiculous combos like front 3 to 50-50s on the flat bars and a Michael Jackson to back lip on the flat-down box.
Raewyn ended up taking the girl's side with super smooth style and clean tricks. Both were rewarded $300 for their efforts, nice work!
